1. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

2. Refunds for Coaching Packages
If you are not satisfied with a coaching package, please contact us. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available once digital coaching content or personalized plans have been delivered.
