Hi, I’m Patricia Brenes — a certified skin & microbiome coach and natural cosmetics specialist with a deep passion for holistic skin health.
Growing up in Costa Rica, I developed a love for nature and the healing power of natural skincare. But my true turning point came after facing my own health and skin challenges triggered by an autoimmune condition. I realized that real healing goes deeper than the surface — it starts within.
This led me to explore the powerful connection between skin, gut health, and the microbiome. I trained in functional skin coaching, natural cosmetics, and holistic health to combine science-based insight with gentle, effective care.
Today, I work with clients in my Munich studio and online, offering personalized treatments and coaching to support clear, radiant, and resilient skin — from the inside out. That’s how The Skin Protocol was born: a holistic, science-based approach to radiant, resilient skin.
